Workshop organised by Ílhavo Municipality about Public Policies in Ageing.
Changeing was presented to inspire municipalities about the need to promote healthy lifestyles to prevent cerebrovascular diseases.
"À Mesa com Saúde" is a science outreach activity targeting citizens organised by the Faculty of Medicine, University of Coimbra and Coimbra School of Hotel and Tourism. The third edition of "À Mesa com Saúde" was dedicated to promotion of healthy lifestyles and disease prevention inspired by Mediterranean diet culture. 50 participants socialised benefited from Mediterranean menu inspired by Portuguese and Cretan dishes, with scientific comments from Neurologists, Cardiologists and Geriatricians. Quadruple helix-based regional meeting on Ageing was organised at Coimbra, December 12, 2023. Ageing@Coimbra and AgeInFuture collaborated with CCDRC to launch the regional meeting and to award best practices to support active and healthy ageing.

The Science and Technology Park of Crete (STEP-C), of the Foundation for Research and Technology - Hellas (FORTH) successfully participated in the “Patras Innovation Quest- PATRAS IQ 2023” on November 25-27, 2023.
On November 27, 2023, a session was organized and presented by the Director of STEP-C, Dr. George Papamichail, on “STEP-C: 30 years of supporting entrepreneurship and innovation”.
The CHAngeing- EXCELLENCE HUBS action was exhibited at the STEP-C/FoRTH booth, at the Conference & Cultural Center of the University of Patras, where Dr. Papamichail, provided information to the target audience.
